

Break Ground Fitness is one of the oldest Community Fitness Club affiliates in Connecticut. Since 2009, we have been a pioneer in spreading Community Fitness Club across the nation and all over the world. We’ve seen its origins, its journey, and we're excited to be part of its future. Many people think - you have to get in shape to come to Community Fitness Club. Our mission is to be rid of that misconception.
